All shielding window products are manufactured according users’ requirements or their design drawings.
Requirements of order drawing are as follows:
Normative drawing, specious dimension, marked R angle of glass, reserved edge sealing dimension of twine, preciously given twine angel to avoid interference fringes; marked loading voltage, required heating power or resistance numeral value between convergence fringes and effective size of visual area on heating shielding window.
We will determine the delivery date according to the number of orders. We will prepare for materials and arrange the production in time to try our best to deliver goods on time according to the delivery date given by users.
1. Normal thickness of electromagnetic shielding glass is 2.5mm and 4.5mm.
2. Other specifications in thickness have 1.0mm/1.5mm/1.8mm/2.5mm/3mm/4.5mm/5mm/6.5mm/8.8mm and so on. At present, electromagnetic shielding glass manufactured by Bodun Electronics Co., Ltd. has minimum thickness of 1.0mm and unlimited maximum thickness. Display window glasses in electric shelter or shielding room are recommended to adopt toughened glass, with total thickness of 8.8mm. Ultra-thin and thickening toughened glass will increase its price according to practical cost reasonably.
3. Normal thicknesses of organic PC shielding window have 0.8mm/1.0mm/1.2mm/1.5mm/1.8mm/2.2mm/2.6mm/3.2mm/4.2mm/6.5mm and so on and all these are manufactured according to requirements.
4. Visual effects may be different when wire shielding window is applied to various machine model. Therefore, new & old users shall pay attention to the following points when choosing shielding window if machine models are changed.
a. Pay attention to distance between shielding window and screen when designing (available sample probation), and the best distance produce best effects.
b. Different number of shielding windows and display screen will produce optical interference fringes, namely Moire fringe. At this time, straight network sample shall be needed for goniometry. Its method is that straight network sample is placed in front of screen horizontally according to installation distance (vertical), and slowly rotated certain angle. We carefully finds the best visual effects to avoid Moire fringe, then record included angle between wire longitude (parallel) line and horizontal level of display screen. This angle is that of shielding network when producing shielding window. We will produce according to given angle.
